"I am delighted to write this letter of support on behalf of Thomas Tsilionis
and Peter Smith, Roseland Borough Council Candidates. As a resident of Roseland
for the past six years, I have had the opportunity to know these two gentlemen
and have come to appreciate the strengths and talents that they will bring
to their service to Roseland. Both are successful businessmen with strong
backgrounds in marketing, financial management and information technology.
They will bring a new and exciting range of talent and expertise to improve
many of the business management functions that will help Roseland operate
more cost effectively. More importantly, they have no political agenda. They
are knowledgeable, accessible and non-partisan and are in a place in their
personal lives where they want to give back to their community because they
know they will make a positive impact on the things that matter most to Roseland
families. I encourage Roseland residents to take a serious look at what these
two men bring to the table and join me in supporting Thomas Tsilionis and
Peter Smith on Election Day. Let's help them to make a meaningful difference
for our Roseland community." |

"I am sending this letter to urge Roseland residents to vote for Thomas
Tsilionis and Peter Smith for Roseland Council. This year's election is about
possibilities. With the right complement of talent, commitment, and desire,
Roseland has the possibility to emerge as the model community it was intended
to be. This can be achieved with the strengths that these two gentlemen bring
to their position. They are independent individuals without any hidden agenda
and will represent all the residents in our community. They already have
a detailed plan which includes long term property tax stabilization, protecting
our residents, especially our seniors, who are feeling vulnerable during
these times of economic uncertainty, and automating some archaic business
functions that can now be enhanced through new and improved software technology
resulting in significant cost savings for the Borough. Tom and Peter invite
open and honest communication with their community. For those of you who
would like to engage in a dialogue with them, please visit their website,
www.roselandgop.com and feel free to share your views about issues that concern
you and your family. I feel confident that Roseland will become a much better
community with the contributions they will make as our council representatives.
Let's realize these possibilities for Roseland by voting for Tom Tsilionis
and Peter Smith on Election Day." |

"After reading the paper lately we decided to send in a short note to
support our good friend Thomas Tsilionis for Roseland Borough Council. Honesty
is not often a word you think of when you think of politics but, we are writing
on behalf of Thomas Tsilionis, a truly honest person, who is running for
Roseland Town Council this November. Having known him for several years,
he is a hard worker, volunteer and fantastic friend. We believe that Thomas
would be a huge asset to Roseland because he will work for the betterment
of our community and always put Roseland first. He has shown dedication as
a member of his church council, recreation coach and family friend. He is
a successful entrepreneur who is rooted within the West Essex area. We hope
that you vote for him and give him a chance to keep Roseland moving in the
right direction." |

"Roseland is fortunate to have Peter Smith running for town council this
fall. I have known Peter for seven years and his character, qualifications,
dedication and commitment is equally matched by his faith, intelligence and
work ethic. His motivation in running for council is genuine and for the
greater good of our community. He does not have a hidden personal agenda
as we see often in politics. In these tough economic times it's our
responsibility to be more selective of the candidates we endorse. As a
businessman, Peter has consistently achieved or exceeded his personal and
corporate goals. He is currently the General Manager of a media company with
annual sales exceeding $400 million and leads a New Jersey division with
30 employees. His proven leadership and management skills are assets that
are invaluable to our Borough. After 25 years of working in Manhattan, he
transitioned his career to New Jersey enabling Peter to dedicate time to
his civic responsibilities. From a community perspective, Peter has devoted
his time to helping coach youth sports in Roseland and was a part of the
6th grade girls Suburban Conference Champions. In addition, Peter has volunteered
his time to help support the Blessed Sacrament Church by teaching youth Catholic
education. Peter is a rare individual who has the skills to lead, the passion
for service and the personality to get things done. I encourage you to join
me in casting your vote for Peter Smith on November 3, 2009." |

"We are writing this letter to you to express our support for Roseland
Borough Council candidates Thomas Tsilionis and Peter Smith. We feel it is
important now, more than ever before, to know the people who will represent
us at the local level of government. Thomas and Peter have called on us
personally, they have invited us to attend their events, and we understand
their position on the issues. Both of these candidates share our concerns
as they relate to our borough. Neither of these two men has a personal "agenda."
They both are involved and concerned residents who care enough about our
borough to go out and try to make a difference while clearly representing
the interest of residents like you and us. Roseland needs leaders like Thomas
Tsilionis and Peter Smith, who are not "politicians," to get involved at
the local level. Both Thomas and Peter meet that criteria and they have our
vote for Roseland Borough Council. Mr & Mrs James Montesano, Meeker Court,

"A friend of mine sent me an email a few months back that contained a
link to the Roseland Borough Council candidates Thomas Tsilionis and Peter
Smith. The website address was www.roselandgop.com. Out of curiosity I visited
the site. I was so impressed with the content that I became a registered
visitor to the site. Once registered, I started receiving emails from them
that convey the news that effects all of us here in Roseland. The site also
gives users the opportunity to ask questions of the candidates and to post
comments about the borough, etc... I have asked questions of the candidates
on several occasions and each time they have sent me a personal email response
to my question in a timely fashion. As a result, I have gotten to know Thomas
Tsilionis and Peter Smith quite well. They are two candidates whose concerns
and thoughts about Roseland mirror my own. They both employ a "think outside
the box" mentality. I find that refreshing. I also find it very appealing
that they appear to be very transparent with their thoughts. I encourage
you to visit the candidates website where you can ask questions, make comments
and really get to know these two fine candidates. They told me that, if elected,
they will embrace similar technology and outreach to the community and the
borough level. I now know Thomas Tsilionis and Peter Smith and I will be
voting for them this November. I encourage you to do the same. Thank you,

our seniors and look after our best interests. I support and endorse Thomas
